During the event, our Co-founder and CEO, Abraham Cinta, presented an overview of Alarar Capital Group’s significant milestones. He elaborated on our mission to assist Asian companies in accessing international capital markets, particularly in the United States. Abraham highlighted Alarar Capital Group’s leadership in Special Purpose Acquisition Companies (SPACs) and the pivotal role Malaysia has played in this success, noting that Malaysia is currently our second largest market, accounting for 30% of our business.

Following this, Datuk Seri Paul Chong, Venture Partner, affectionately known as “Saint SPAC,” offered comprehensive insights into the SPAC process and provided valuable advice for Malaysian companies considering listing options. He emphasized the benefits of SPACs, including lower costs and expedited timelines. Paul also discussed the advantages of the US capital markets, highlighting their flexible listing requirements, exemplified by Grab’s historic SPAC listing on NASDAQ. He reaffirmed the strategic importance of the Malaysian market to Alarar Capital Group’s overall business strategy.
